Give him Rewards

Try to call your cat name if your cat do not respond then try to call your cat name with food in your hand definitely it is very irresistible for your cat. Here is what in your cat when you call his name with food in your hand "hey whats it is free food i will take it "
or
If your cat do not respond after you call him you can go to him and you can rubbed him
Cat using
litter box
If your cat usually peeing everywhere it is your job to teach him to training your cat using litter box you must be there and take him to the right place ( litter box ) after that give him a food or caress him do it a week in a row to make him get used to it
Bad behavior
If your cat doing something bad then you MUST punish him and show him who is the Boss

Show who is The Boss
Get a spray bottle of water ,if your cat doing something misbehave (ex: pee on the sofa , etc ) and you busted him then spray water to his face then he will run away that.Here is what in your cat mind when you doing that "What The ... i don't believe what's he doing to me , am i do something wrong ? "
